KAHANU AINA LLC is an urban family farm serving the Maui community since 1994. We pride ourselves on growing nutrient-rich food for the Maui community. Living the tenets of Aloha Aina and Malama Aina. (Love and Care for the Land that Feeds) We make a living farming in Wailuku, where it is zoned for a truck farm. We live and work on a lot that is 9,500 sq ft. Our total farm size is 2,500 sq ft. Our greenhouse growing area is 1,700 sq ft. Composting area is 400 sq ft. where all of our cut flats of micro greens over the past 31 years has been composted, mineral balanced and upcycled into the growing medium weve used in that time and still to this day.  This process helps with the flavor and shelf life of our products due to the anti oxidents within the compost. Our processing and chill space is 400 sq ft. and for the most part all of our products are harvested cleaned and delivered within 24 hours into our local Maui community.
